Cruisers Membership Form Instructions

If you're filling out the 10-question membership Google Doc on your phone and can't see the entire form, use the left side of your screen to scroll down the webpage. This will allow you to navigate through the form and ensure you can view and answer all the questions. Make sure to scroll carefully to avoid missing any sections.

Make sure you hit submit at the end of the form.
